Communications:
All communication and confirmations between the clients and us will be done through emails only.
Payments:
To make a confirmed reservation with us a 25% of the total package value is required once the tee times are confirmed. Your balance payment will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.
For late reservations (within 6 weeks prior to departure) full payment will be required.
For last minute reservations a full payment will be required before we proceed with your booking.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks before your date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If the balance in any of the above instances is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
We accept the following forms of payment:
(i) Credit/debit cards – Visa & Master Card. Please note that all payments made by credit card carry a 2.5% admin charge.
(ii) Bank Transfers are accepted on balances over 1000 Euros. Please note that customer will be responsible for all bank charges.
Requesting modifications in confirmed bookings:
To make any amendments to a booking which has already been confirmed will have 5 Euro charge per change.
Type of Change :
Prepone or Postpone the bookings, Change in hotel, change in tee time if we have been able to book times with in half an hour of time requested, cancelling number of people already on the booking etc
Changes like change in clients name or adding more people to the booking are FREE of charge.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All booking amendments and cancellations must be requested in writing.
In the event of a cancellation deposit payments are non refundable.
Cancellation Charges:
Where the full amount has been paid the cancellation charges detailed bellow will apply.
Cancellations 8 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the booking value.
Cancellations 6 weeks prior to departure – 75% of the booking value
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of the booking value
Cancellations less than 8 weeks before arrival due to health should be covered by your personal health or holiday insurance.
Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require a stamp from the course authorities confirming that it is too rainy to play on your Golf Ticket/voucher (which you receive from us).
It is the golf courses decision when they will close the courses are and whether or not, to stamp vouchers for refunds. If you decide not to go and play due to bad weather we are unable to refund you.
We do not take responsibility for late arrivals at the course on the day of play.
All “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full price of the green fees.
Special Offers/Discounted Packages: For early discounted packages, or special offers, different terms may apply. In some cases we may apply a non amendment and non refund policy.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend you to carry appropriate travel insurance to cover you for cancellation, health, baggage etc. Please make sure you have the correct insurance cover for accidents while on the golf course.
In case of cancellations due to health problems or unforeseen circumstances (such as delayed or cancelled flights) client will have make all claims from their insurance company.
Bookings on behalf of Third Parties:
In cases where an individual/agent is making the bookings on behalf of his/a third party, we assume that the concerned individual has obtained the necessary approval from the third party.
We shall therefore take no responsibility for any unauthorized use from that person. All communication relevant to those bookings will be with this person.
Limitation of Liability:
Any claim for recovery from any damage that you may incur during your stay at the facility will have to be raised against the hotel management/villa owner.
We take no responsibility for any of the products or services supplied by our partners.
Any special requests should be made directly to the management of the hotel/villa - we cannot guarantee that those requests will be fulfilled.
Information advertised:
We always try to ensure that the information advertised on our web pages is correct. However this is based on the information provided by each resort/hotel. We definitely try to keep our pages on hotels/resorts up to date, but the facility owners may change their services, without updating us timely. Thus, we take no responsibility for the consequences of any information being incorrect. |
